About Us
Casa Colibri Vineyard and Olive Orchard
is a family-owned farm located in the rolling hills east of Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast.
The terraced vineyard of Petit Verdot vines and the boutique orchard of three popular Spanish olive varietals, reflect the agrarian and culinary interests of owners Bryan and Lisa Mylar.
2016 Olive Harvest
The 2016 olive harvest was quite successful and production was way beyond predictions and last year's harvest.
Fruits and Vegetables
The farm also has a fruit orchard containing 12 different fruit varieties, including peach, pear, apple, fig, cherry, apricot and nectarine, to name a few.
An extensive vegetable garden is kept year-round, consisting of seasonal favorites and perennial artichokes, blackberries and raspberries.
